CarPulse is designed with privacy as a core principle. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information or diagnostic data from your use of the application.

DATA COLLECTION

CarPulse collects NO data. Specifically:

No personal information (name, email, phone number, etc.)
No vehicle diagnostic data
No usage analytics or telemetry
No crash reports
No location data
No device identifiers

LOCAL DATA STORAGE

All data generated by CarPulse remains exclusively on your device:

Vehicle profiles (Year, Make, Model, VIN, License Plate)
OBD-II session history and logs
Diagnostic trouble codes and freeze frame data
Application settings and preferences

This data is stored locally in your device's application storage and is never transmitted to any server or third party.

BLUETOOTH PERMISSIONS

CarPulse requires Bluetooth permissions to connect to OBD-II adapters. This connection is direct between your device and the adapter. No data from these connections is sent to us or any third party.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

CarPulse does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services.

DATA DELETION

Since no data is collected by us, there is nothing to delete on our end. To remove all local data:

Uninstall the application, OR
Clear the app's data through your device settings

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

CarPulse does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the app and on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
