Welcome to FlexiDiet. By downloading, installing, or using the FlexiDiet application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
1. Description of Service
FlexiDiet is an AI-assisted nutrition tracking and diet planning application. The App provides food logging, meal planning, recipe creation, and AI-generated nutritional insights.
2. Health Disclaimer
FlexiDiet provides AI-generated nutrition estimates for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nutritional calculations are based on established sources including the Mifflin-St Jeor Equation, USDA Dietary Reference Intakes, and WHO Nutritional Guidelines. However, AI outputs may contain inaccuracies.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making dietary changes, especially if you have allergies, medical conditions, or specific nutritional needs.
3. Account & Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
- FlexiDiet offers a free tier with limited features and a premium subscription ("FlexiDiet Premium").
- Premium subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings.
- Refunds are subject to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or infrastructure.
- Upload harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are the property of FlexiDiet and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create in the App (e.g., food logs, custom recipes). By using the App, you grant FlexiDiet a limited licence to process this content solely to provide and improve the service.
8. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand our data practices.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlexiDiet and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to health outcomes based on nutritional information provided.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
